My Approach To Therapy
As a Marriage & Family Therapist, I believe our lives are constructed by the many relationship connections we experience throughout our lifetime; within ourselves, our families, our communities, and society as a whole. At times, these relationships will flourish and be fulfilling, and at other times we may find ourselves encountering anger, guilt, pain, or grief. While this is completely normal, it can be helpful to have a therapist walk this path with you. This is what fuels my passion to work with individuals, couples, and families at all ages and stages of life. Whatever path you are on, I strive to support you in exploring what brings you to therapy in an empathetic way that focuses on your goals through connection and a deeper understanding.
My work as a structural and narrative therapist is informed by a systemic approach that seeks to help you gain both insight and practical tools to help you navigate current and future challenges. I am committed to working with you toward understanding yourself, your symptoms, and your relationships from a place of validation & empathy so that we can work together toward your goals.

I work with adults, couples, and families. It is required that guardians are the primary clients in any therapeutic work with children under the age of 16. Due to limited availability, I am currently only accepting clients ages 18 and up.
