Front Desk Assistant
Primary Responsibilities​​

Be the first to greet, warmly welcome, and check in clients

Answer phones promptly and professionally

Schedule appointments, re-schedule and cancel appointments as needed
-
Promptly respond to emails and inquiries about all services provided
-
Process payments (private pay and insurance)
-
Submit insurance claims and learn the ins and outs of insurance billing for our practice (there will be extensive training on this)

Research insurance coverage for clients as needed
-
Manage schedule for 9+ providers.

Organize medical charts
-
Other misc. tasks include: ensure that the waiting areas and front desk are clean and organized, maintain coffee bar area and keep amenities stocked and organized, assist with linen washing, folding, organizing, and re-stocking of supplies

Communicate with team members in a professional and courteous manner

Maintain strict confidentiality for all clients!

Attend and participate in team meetings. Communicate feedback, concerns, and questions in timely manner to supervisor.

Compensation & Benefits
-
$17 to $22 per hour. Pay is based on experience.

Required Qualifications​​
-
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
-
2 years customer service experience
-
Experience and knowledge using a computer for scheduling, email response, etc.

Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA requirements.
-
Satisfactory results of background and reference check.
-
You must be professional, organized, and skilled at multi-tasking.
