Dr. Koch grew up in Yakima and completed her undergraduate education at Western Washington University. Her graduate education was completed at Argosy University in Honolulu, Hawaii (APA-accredited). She holds a Master of Arts degree in clinical psychology and Doctor of Psychology degree. Dr. Koch has been providing therapy since 2008 and was licensed as a clinical psychologist in 2013. She has worked as a clinical team member at a variety of settings and started her private practice in 2015. Bloom & Blossom Wellness Center was established in 2020 with a mission to help clients through an integrative approach to health and wellness.

Dr. Koch is passionate about helping people achieve a great quality of life. She values collaboration, humor, and building healthy relationships with her clients and colleagues. Dr. Koch's clients have described her as direct, straight forward, action-oriented, genuine, and easy to talk to. 

As a lifelong Pacific Northwest resident, Rachele was born in Centralia and raised in Olympia. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Washington in 2019 and a Masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pacific Lutheran University in 2021. 

As a mom and wife herself, Rachele understands the demands of daily family life and uses her education and experience to connect with and support the individuals, couples, and families she works with. Rachele specializes in what she calls “whole family therapy”, which includes working with individuals, partners, parents, kids and teens, local schools, and other extended family members if necessary. Rachele’s clients have described her as down-to-earth, direct, compassionate, and helpful.

Mikaela is a PNW native born and raised in Tacoma, WA, with a deep-rooted passion for her work. Her upbringing near the JBLM community has fueled her dedication to working with veterans and active duty military. She earned her BA at the University of Washington Tacoma in 2019 and is currently pursuing her doctorate in Counseling Psychology at Northwest University. Additionally, she holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. With over a year of experience in individual therapy and a diverse background in behavioral intervention, crisis prevention, advocacy, and case management, Mikaela is committed to providing the best level of care. 

Mikaela's approach to therapy is unique and characterized by directness, honesty, and compassion. She is dedicated to destigmatizing mental health counseling and fostering a collaborative relationship between therapist and client. Her focus is on supporting veterans, military personnel, first responders, and others with traumatic experiences as they navigate life's challenges.  Mikaela believes in the power of conversation and is committed to empowering others to make positive changes in their lives.
