Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist
Primary Responsibilities

Provide outpatient nutrition therapy that promotes wellness, maintains current health, and/or treats acute or chronic illness through evidence-based practices. You will see clients with a variety of health, clinical, and wellness concerns.

Perform intake interviews with thorough information gathering about symptoms, history, and goals.

Develop individualized nutrition and care plans w/ defined goals.

Provide nutrition education to clients.

Ability to treat clients with a variety of nutritional and diet concerns and needs.

Develop meal plans and incorporate lifestyle changes into care plans.

Provide short-term and long-term nutritional counseling.

Complete notes and records timely and efficiently.

Use EMR software for maintaining client’s record.

Consult with other medical providers as necessary.

Provide occasional documentation for clients as needed.
-
Comply with HIPAA and privacy laws and standards.
-
Respond to clients through email/secure messaging in a timely manner.
-
Communicate with team members and collaborate professionally and respectfully.

Compensation & Benefits​
-
Pay is based on skill level, experience, qualifications, and insurance credentialing ($40 to $60 per session)

Liability insurance paid in full and yearly contribution to continuing education

Provide treatment in coordination with a multi-disciplinary team dedicated to a modern approach to wellness

Reception staff to assist with scheduling and administrative needs

Required Qualifications​
-
Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition or a related field from an accredited college or university

Registered member of the American Dietetic Association
-
Certified or Licensed Dietitian in the State of Washington w/ no sanctions or limitations on licensure status
-
Willingness to be credentialed for insurance billing

Adherence to all local and state licensing laws and regulations

Satisfactory results of background and reference check

COVID Vaccination required if seeing any clients in person
